Fair Policies
Clear Bag Policy
To help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone at the fair, the Lincoln County Fair will be enforcing a clear bag policy.
*Approved Bags
• Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags
• One-gallon clear zip-top bags
• Diaper bags
• Medically necessary bags
• Small clutches or wallets (no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”)
All bags must be transparent and easily visible for security purposes.
*Not Allowed
• Backpacks, purses, or totes that are not clear
Reminder: No outside food or drink is permitted inside the fairgrounds. Concessions will be available on-site. We will continue to allow bottled water.
The Fair Board reserves the right to search bags or refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with these policies.
These measures are in place to keep everyone safe. Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to seeing you at the Lincoln County Fair!
Photography Policy
Professional photographers who are not officially contracted or employed by the fair are asked to refrain from photographing at fair events.
No Pet Policy
NO PETS ALLOWED ON FAIRGROUNDS
For the safety of our guests, exhibitors, livestock, and animals participating in fair events, pets are not permitted on the fairgrounds during the Lincoln County Fair.
Service animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), are welcome. Service animals must remain under the control of their handler at all times and may be excluded if they are disruptive or pose a threat to the health or safety of others.
Please leave all pets, emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy animals at home.
Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all fairgoers, exhibitors, and livestock.
Exceptions: Animals entered in sanctioned fair events, exhibitions, or livestock shows are permitted only in designated areas and as authorized by fair management.
Firearms/Weapons Policy
Lincoln County Fair does not allow weapons on our property. Guests should follow all applicable laws regarding securing a weapon in a vehicle if they have it on them when they arrive. The fair will not secure weapons and will take no responsibility for any weapons left in vehicles.
ATV/UTV Use Policy
Fair Board members and anyone authorized by the Lincoln County Fair Board are the only people allowed to operate any ATVs/UTVs during the Lincoln County Fair on the Lincoln County Fairgrounds.
Photo Policy
Photo, video, and audio may be taken for promotion purposes. By entering the Fair, you consent, waive all rights to royalties, and release the Fair of any liability. You agree to your likeness being used, published, or reproduced in any and all media, which can be used now or in the future, for any and all purposes by or in connection with the Fair, its sponsors, organizers, and providers. Smile!
Video Surveillance
For the safety and security of all guests, exhibitors, vendors, and volunteers, the Lincoln County Fairgrounds are monitored by video surveillance. By entering the property, you acknowledge that you may be recorded. Footage may be used for security purposes and shared with law enforcement as permitted by law. There is no expectation of privacy in public areas of the fairgrounds.
